Description
The Sparco Prime suit was developed for the McLaren Formula 1 team and is one of the lightest FIA 8856-2018 approved racing suits in the world. The Prime has unrivalled technological features created in Sparco’s R&D laboratories. The project involved optimising every detail in terms of material and construction. This includes an ultra-thin zip, seamless soft Nomex/Vicosa cuffs and ankles, the shoulder pads and collar were further reduced, a finer thread was used and the seams were flattened. The Prime LT features a 3-layer construction of Sparco’s patented technology. The third outer layer is a double-faced mesh made from original DuPont Nomex Comfort woven using the Kompact system. The material contains a high percentage of anti-static fibres providing extremely effective anti-static properties as well as breathability. The Prime features pre-curved arms and legs as well as a stretch panel on the inside of the thigh for maximum comfort. The Prime is available in 3 colour combinations in sizes 48-66. FIA and SFI approved.
